Before you begin
Voice Recognition creates a voiceprint that helps Car Wars identify and automatically assign your inbound calls. Enrollment must be completed from your own Car Wars user account.
- Use an internet browser; Chrome is recommended.
- Confirm you have the correct Car Wars username and password.
- If applicable, switch to Car Wars Sales or Car Wars Service before beginning.
- Use the phone you speak on most frequently and complete the recording in a quiet location.
Account administrators can view or download usernames from the Staff Profiles area. Users can reset their own passwords, and authorized administrators can update them when needed.
Enroll your voice
- Sign in at carwars.com using your own account.
- Select your name in the bottom-left corner.
- On your User Profile, in the upper right you will see the Voice Recognition section.
- Select Set Up Now
- Carefully review the Biometric Information Terms of Service. If you agree, select Proceed.
- Beside Voice Recognition, select Set Up.
- Enter the cell or desk-phone number for the phone you use most often, then select Call Me.
- Answer the enrollment call. You will be told that you are enrolling in Voice Recognition and asked to read a series of short sentences aloud.
- When the system tells you the recording is complete, hang up and select Completed in Car Wars.
Tips for a successful recording
- Limit background noise.
- Speak clearly and directly into the phone.
- Use your normal speaking voice.
- Complete all prompts before hanging up.
Not receiving the initial call to complete enrollment?

Make sure the number you are using to enroll is not set to Do Not Disturb or has Spam filtering turned on
