Voice Recognition creates a voiceprint that lets Car Wars identify you and automatically assign your inbound calls to you. Enrollment takes a few minutes and must be done from your own Car Wars account.
What you need
- A web browser (Chrome is recommended)
- Your Car Wars username and password
- The phone you use most often for calls, cell or desk phone
- A quiet place to record
Enroll your voice
- Sign in at carwars.com with your own account.
- If your dealership uses separate workspaces, switch to Car Wars Sales or Car Wars Service.
- Select your name in the bottom-left corner to open your User Profile.
- In the Voice Recognition section in the upper-right corner, select Set Up Now.
- Read the Biometric Information Terms of Service. If you agree, select Proceed.
- Next to Voice Recognition, select Set Up.
- Enter the phone number you use most often, then select Call Me.
- Answer the call. You will be asked to read a series of short sentences aloud.
- When the call tells you the recording is complete, hang up and select Completed in Car Wars.
Tips for a good recording
- Limit background noise.
- Speak clearly, directly into the phone, in your normal voice.
- Finish all prompts before hanging up.
Troubleshooting
The enrollment call does not come through
- Check that you entered the correct phone number.
- Make sure the phone is not set to Do Not Disturb and that spam filtering is not blocking the call.
Voice Recognition or Set Up Now is missing

You don't know your username or password
You can reset your own password. Your Car Wars account administrator can look up usernames in Staff Profiles and update passwords if needed.
