Overview
Due to increased spam sensitivity and call blocking by national phone carriers, outbound calls from legitimate businesses are at high risk of being mistakenly flagged as “Spam Likely” and stopped before they reach consumers — a problem that directly affects dealerships following up with customers. With Carrier Registration, Car Wars authenticates your outbound calling so your team can focus on what matters: connecting with customers.
What Carrier Registration does
- Connect with customers — your outbound caller ID numbers are registered across major carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) to reduce call blocking and spam tagging of outbound calls.
- Ongoing protection — Car Wars proactively monitors your registered numbers, automatically handles the appeal process if a carrier flags one, and keeps you updated along the way.
- Monitor and manage — get complete insight into the registration status of your numbers in a centralized area of your dashboard.
Monitoring your registered numbers
The Carrier Registration area of your dashboard lists your registered numbers — including individual agent lines — along with the carriers each number is registered with. If you have questions about a specific agent’s number, open that agent’s staff profile to see more detail about the line’s registration.
Spam-designation appeals
If a carrier flags one of your registered numbers as spam, Car Wars appeals the designation on your behalf. You’ll receive updates as numbers are successfully whitelisted with carriers, along with the status of any numbers still under appeal.
