Use this guide if you can't sign in to CRISP training, your course isn't showing the right status, or a required course is missing.
Sign in to CRISP
- Sign in to Car Wars with your own account.
- Open CRISP from your Car Wars profile, or from the Access Training button on the CRISP Certification page.
- If the training page asks you to sign in, use your Car Wars username and password. CRISP is a separate system, so being asked to sign in again is expected.
Common problems
You don't know your password
Reset your Car Wars password, then use the new password for CRISP.
You see a "Something went wrong" screen or keep returning to the sign-in page
- Clear your browser cache, close all browser windows, and try again.
- If it still doesn't work, contact Support.
The employee was rehired or moved to another dealership
Contact Support before creating a new user. An old CRISP profile can block the new one or keep the employee listed under the previous dealership.
The course opens in the middle or won't let you continue
- Select Previous Lesson until you reach the course intro.
- Watch each video to the end and select Next Lesson to move through the course in order.
You finished the quiz but the course still shows In Progress
Go back to the beginning of the course and complete each video in order, as above. If the status still doesn't change, contact Support.
A required course or recertification is missing
Monthly courses reset on the 1st and are usually assigned between the 3rd and 5th of the month. If your course is still missing after that, or you were assigned the wrong course, contact Support.
For managers
- The percentage on the CRISP Certification page shows how much of your dealership has completed certification, not one person's score.
- To remind an employee to complete training, select the paper-airplane icon next to their name.
Contact Support

Never send passwords or verification codes to Support.
