Before you troubleshoot
Most delivery problems involve consent, the destination number, or carrier filtering. Work through the checks below and record what you find.
Troubleshooting steps
- Confirm the customer opted in and has not replied STOP.
- Confirm the destination is a mobile number that can receive SMS.
- Check whether the message was filtered as an unknown sender or spam.
- Send a test message and ask the customer to reply to confirm texting works both ways.
- Record the date and time, sending line, destination, and exact result.
When to contact Support
If messages still are not delivering, contact Car Wars Support with:
- Your dealership and the affected line.
- The direction: outbound to the customer or inbound from the customer.
- The date, time, and time zone of the attempt.
- The destination carrier, if known.
- The line's registration status and screenshots of the message or error.
You do not need to provide tax documents for normal texting support.
